She Walks!!

In just a week, Charlotte has gone from walking holding on to 2 hands, to walking holding one hand, to standing for a few seconds, to fully walking.

She took a few steps early in the week, and on Friday she 'got it.' We were over at my parents house for the day, and her progress was nothing short of remarkable (spoken like a proud parent). In the morning she was walking about 10-20 steps and then jumping into someone's arms. By the end of the day she walked from the living room, through the hall and into the kitchen. It was so exciting!!

Now she is a machine. She is still a bit tentative and will 'cruise' holding on to furniture given a choice, but she is very steady once she gets going. It is really fun to watch her chase after AJ.

She even did a little hopscotch!
