Bad Hair Day (Week/Month??)

You know, you try and try to be a good parent and then it happens. All the good intentions in the world can't save you. It just happens - a bad haircut.

Yep, all I wanted to was to get her hair out of her eyes and even up the sides with the back so that it will grow into a cute little blunt cut. Well, now it is just.....awkward.

Ah well. AJ even cried when we came home from the hairdresser. (That's right, I did not do this myself!)
"What are you crying about?" I asked.
"Char looks like a BOY." she wailed.
The ultimate insult I guess.

Sigh. She still looks cute. SHE's still smiling (even if AJ is not). It will grow. Eventually both Char and AJ will forgive.
