Birthdays!

Hard to believe, AJ turned 6 and Charlotte turned 2 in July. Both parties were pretty low key, but fun.

The highlight for AJ was the store-bought cake. Now that it she's finally kicked her milk allergy - this is a HUGE thing. (although I must note with a GREAT deal of satisfaction that she told me afterwards that my cakes were better. Ha! Take that Loblaws!)

The big gift: the princess outfit of course!

For Char....Elmo remains huge.

But of course cake is important too!
